Using Grenadila or Black Sandalwood, usually used for making clarinets and oboes, this Erhu is made to have a better response in the high registers and large sound volume, making it the perfect erhu for many occasions and performances.

Cellulose-Silica membrane used is controlled at a thickness of 0.32-0.36mm, ensuring quality sensitivity as well as keeping the balance between the high and low registers. Thus, this erhu is perfect for performing non-traditional pieces as well as modern music (eg. New Age and Fusion)
